We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card numbers.

If your order does not arrive

Every order ships with tracking via Cainiao Standard. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Signed-in customers can also view their orders under Account > Orders.

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery estimate shown at checkout, please contact us. We will re-send the item or refund you in full.

If your order is not as described

If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will refund or replace the item. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Change of mind returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return postage, and the return address may be overseas.

Your consumer rights

Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and your local consumer law always apply.
